Preparation Tips:
Use gentle batch cooking by pre-preparing and cutting vegetables and dividing them into silicone bags. Label the bag with which meal they are for and place them in the refrigerator until they are ready to use for a week. Just buy them and then cook them. We shorten prep time for busy nights.
Freezer Tips
For optimum freezing conditions, use silicone bags when storing liquid ingredients or liquid-containing products such as sauces, soups or broths.
Store the bag upright with liquid ingredients inside for the first 3-4 hours, once set, lay the bags flat to provide more space.
Cut fruits, vegetables, grains or whole cuts of meat, stacking the bags on top of each other for compact storage.
Defrosting Tips
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
For quick defrosting, place the frozen bag in a bowl of room temperature water.
If thawing in the microwave, fan the bag slightly and place the microwave on low until it defrosts.
Refrigerator Tips
Liquid ingredients or items containing liquid, such as sauces, soups or marinades, should be stored upright for optimum conditions.
Cut fruits, vegetables, grains or whole cuts of meat, stacking the bags on top of each other for compact storage.
Microwave Tips
For best results, be sure to vent the bag by leaving part of the seal open before reheating.
To ensure optimal conditions, always reheat or defrost the bag in an upright position.
Always reheat food on low power to prevent it from drying out.
When defrosting from the freezer, make sure the bottom of the bag can lie flat before placing it in the microwave.
Make sure the silicone bag is 5cm/2inches away from the sides and top of the microwave walls.
Always use oven mitts when handling silicone bags to prevent burns.
When opening, always open it away from you to allow excess steam to escape.
Make sure the bag can easily fit in the microwave. If the bag is too large, we recommend removing the contents and placing it in a microwave-safe bowl to reheat.
Oven Tips
For best results, be sure to ventilate the bag by leaving part of the mouth of the bag open before cooking.
Maintain a distance of 5cm/2in from the oven walls while baking.
Cook your favorite meals in an upright position for up to 1 hour.
Always use oven mitts when handling bags to prevent burns.
When opening, always open it away from you to allow excess steam to escape.
Sous Vide Tips
For best results, be sure to squeeze out excess air and cover securely before cooking. This will prevent water from entering the bag.
Make sure the pot used ensures the bag fits snugly against the sides, preventing the bag from floating during the cooking process. See the picture on the right.
Transport Tips
It's great to carry the reusable bag without your hands! Just attach it with a carabiner clip and hang it on your bag.
How to Close?

To close, place one hand on the end of the bag and press the other hand firmly against the zipper design.
Push the sides closed as you work along the zipper, pressing out as much air as possible before reaching the end, and then finish closing the bag.
The teeth of the closed zipper must be at the same height. If you see a difference in height, open the bag and close it again. This will allow for optimal closure.
How to clean?
Turn the bag completely upside down and place directly into the dishwasher.
Run your dishwasher on the normal cycle.
To thoroughly clean the zipper, use the Twinkle Straw or ECO Bottle Brush to reach the hard-to-clean grooves.
