RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 working days from the product delivery date.

Returns and exchanges must be made with the original box or packaging.
You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) along with the product you want to return, and the reason for the return by filling out the information form on the back of the invoice.

Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, which have lost their resaleability feature and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
