Apply on clean, dry brows. Starting at the front of the brow, flick up in short, gentle strokes following the natural brow shape. At the arch, turn pen sideways and angle it down toward the temple. Then stroke in diagonal downward motions to fill in the tail. Intensify and comb brows with the buildable color until the desired look is achieved.
