Directions: - Simply light the stick and then carefully blow out the flame- Start to relax then focus on the affirmation, repeating it ten times in you mind - Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes - The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit, should you require - 14 incense sticks - Use with a suitable incense stick holder - Burn time: approx. 30 min per stick
