HOW TO APPLY- High Impact™ Optimal Impact Mascara Black ShadeStart application at the root of the lashes and work your way up to the tip by wiggling the brush. Repeat until you achieve the desired intensity. For lower lashes, hold the brush vertically. Do not plunge the brush into the mascara tube several times: the air that would enter could dry it out. To avoid clumping, allow mascara to dry between coats.
- High Impact™ Liquid Eyeliner Black ShadeDraw a line down the lash line from the inside out. For a more intense look, draw a comma at the outer corner of the eye.
