  • Burn time approx. 30 minutes per stick
  • Length: 22cm
  • Directions: Place the natural gemstone holder around your home or work environment to help cleanse, de-stress, calm and clear your mind, body and soul
  • Ritual: Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release the fragrance
  • Start to relax and then focus on the relevant affirmation
